Lyn Brown

Executive Assistant to Mike Ullian since 2007, Lyn’s duties include all aspects on the business side of Ullian Realty, including clerical, bookkeeping and property tours. Her 40 years of experience as a Legal Assistant at several Melbourne law firms encompassed civil litigation, corporate matters, probate, estate planning and closing hundreds of real estate transactions.

Lyn’s professional background, personal integrity and always being available to assist, make her a valuable member of the Ullian Realty team.

Lyn and her husband, Terry, residents of Melbourne since the mid-50’s, have been married for 51 years. They have one son, T.L., who is in banking in Miami. In her spare time Lyn enjoys boating, crafting, gardening and traveling.
